About the Role

Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Tees Valley Hospital. As a Consultant Anaesthetist, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Anaesthetic service, including inpatient and day case acute surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Anaesthetic care to patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment
  • Work closely with the existing team to provide a comprehensive Anaesthetic service
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Anaesthetic policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest Anaesthetic techniques and technologies

Requirements

  • Registration with the GMC and on the Specialist Register
  • UK experience at a Consultant level in Anaesthetics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry developments
