Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Compass Associates, a leading provider of private healthcare services. As a Consultant Anaesthetist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality anaesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality anaesthesia care in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative settings
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care
  • Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement anaesthesia care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Full GMC registration with specialist accreditation in Anaesthesia
  • Experience across various surgical specialties
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-working skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent patient care in a private healthcare setting
