Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive financial forecasting and planning process for a group of six trading companies and their associated investment structure, ensuring accurate consolidation and reporting.
  2. Coordinate the annual budget process, producing performance targets, consolidation, and analysis, in collaboration with the finance team to meet deadlines.
  3. Support the Asset Financial Controllers in maintaining financial planning and forecasting tools, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and adapting them to accommodate scenario-based modeling.
  4. Run scenarios through relevant modeling tools to assess the impact of potential decisions on cash flow and financial ratios.
  5. Provide financial and non-financial reporting support, creating KPIs and dashboards to enhance performance and decision-making.
  6. Manage the risk and opportunities register for the group, working closely with management.
  7. Support M&A and financing activities as needed.
  8. Assist with year-end audit and reporting.
  9. High-level experience in financial forecast preparation and investment appraisal would be advantageous.
  10. Ideal exposure to a broad range of corporate finance, treasury, and tax matters.
