Workplace Technology Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Technology Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of workplace technology products and solutions. Using internal and external insight, you will work with business partners and change teams to develop technical roadmaps to ensure the delivery of clear outcomes linked to employee experience and environmental targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for property and workplace aligned to a strategic architectural vision and in line with company plans and business engagement to ensure delivery outcomes
- Collaborate with the business and vendors to fully understand key technology requirements relating to various product lines, anticipating business needs through effective communication, deep market knowledge, and technical understanding
- Demonstrate and act as liaison between business product owners and relevant GFCATS and Group technology teams to provide technical vision, direction, and support to teams and associated stakeholders
- Engage and work closely with change delivery teams and the business to ensure products and solutions have appropriate change management plans in place and prioritize essential updates, maintenance, and deliveries
- Take ownership and constantly assess and share with stakeholders' details of change plans, industry best practice, and application knowledge aligned to business needs to ensure visibility of product enhancements to support decision-making
- Act as a point of contact and SME ensuring engagement and buy-in from senior stakeholders on all major decisions and strategy
- Take the lead in all matters regarding the management of employees, ensuring management discretion is used in a consistent manner and the area follows the Group's policies and procedures, including the Partnership Agreement, to maximize business performance
