Job Title: Head of Workplace Technology

Utility Warehouse is seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our Workplace Technology strategy. As Head of Workplace Technology, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our internal technology systems to enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee experience.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role working from one of our London hubs 2 days per week. You will lead a sizable team of professionals and work closely with senior stakeholders across all functions to align workplace technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a long-term strategy and roadmap for our HRIS and integrated systems, ensuring a secure, coherent, and low-friction user experience.
  • Continuously improve our end-user experience, enhancing our people's day-to-day experience of workplace technology across their life at UW.
  • Lead vendor engagement and negotiation for high-value technology platform contracts and supplier relationships, effectively managing operating costs and selecting the right partners.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background with direct experience implementing, integrating, and planning people-facing systems.
  • Experience working at a senior level on technology, operational, and financial areas of a business, providing input and influence, driving change, and building business cases for investment.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing workplace technology and service management teams, with a track record of changing, building, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in service delivery technology, hardware, software, networking, collaboration tools, and mobility solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize competing demands.
