Job Title: Head of Workplace Technology

Utility Warehouse is seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our Workplace Technology strategy, driving innovation and excellence in our employee systems and support.

About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused and commercially savvy enterprise technology leader to join our team. As Head of Workplace Technology, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our internal technology systems, ensuring seamless productivity, collaboration, and employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Workplace Technology strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving double-digit customer growth.
  • Lead a team of professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining internal technology systems, including HRIS, identity and access management, service platforms, and workplace communication and office platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions to ensure seamless integration and effective use of technology systems.
  • Drive vendor engagement and negotiation for high-value technology platform contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic partnerships.
  • Continuously improve the end-user experience, ensuring a secure, coherent, and low-friction user experience across the organization.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background with direct experience implementing, integrating, and planning people-facing systems.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing workplace technology and service management teams, with a track record of changing, building, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong customer service mindset, understanding the end-user experience and helping the team put the customer at the heart of their solutions.
