Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as Senior Claims Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing job lifecycle workflows related to Restoration and Reinstatement following insurance claims.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims lifecycle from receipt to completion, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely resolution.
  • Take responsibility for all administrative aspects of each claim, including case notes, logs, and records.
  • Provide central point of contact for policyholders, clients, field technicians, and office teams.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in using various software applications and possess a solid understanding of administrative processes.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
