Are you a seasoned production professional looking to lead the charge at DS Smith? We're seeking a talented Production Control Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence.

Job Description

As a key member of our manufacturing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the production function on a day-to-day basis. This includes developing the team and department to deliver the site's production plan in line with divisional/group initiatives to achieve service excellence.

You will be the driving force behind HSER standards, utilizing all Leadership in Action tools to promote a culture of safety and efficiency. Your expertise in lean process management will enable you to drive productivity through effective monitoring of process performance, ensuring the production plan can be delivered.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess strong leadership abilities, able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with the Engineering manager to ensure asset reliability is delivered through adherence to planned maintenance.

We offer a competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
