Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control Manager to lead our manufacturing team and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the Production function on a day-to-day basis and developing the team and department to deliver the site's Production Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HSER standards through the use of Leadership in Action tools
  • Monitor process performance to ensure the production plan can be delivered
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Direct line management of senior production team members
  • Ensure adequate cover within the team at all times

Requirements:

  • Strong Production background and related degree
  • Experience of managing teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of lean process and experience in lean manufacturing environments
  • Strong leadership skills and experience
