Engage Recruitment Ltd is working with a leading food manufacturing business based in Fife to find a Manufacturing Innovation Manager to join their team. As a key member of the senior team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive technical excellence across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and quality, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be passionate about creating a culture of high performance and success, and have excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role that will provide the opportunity to set the agenda for the technical service within the company and support their ambitious growth and product innovation plans. The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical leadership role within the food industry.
  • You hold a relevant qualification in food safety or a related field.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • You are passionate about creating a culture of high performance and success.
