Customer Service Operations Manager

The Role:
As a Customer Service Operations Manager at Central Parking, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contract, ensuring all aspects are met through effective management of resources.
- Conduct disciplinary actions and grievances within the contract, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage resources effectively, deploying staff strategically to meet contractual requirements.
- Continuously monitor enforcement activity, reporting Key Performance Indicators to the Contract Manager and identifying trends for remedial action.
- Develop, coach, and monitor the supervisory team in areas such as cost control, supervisory skills, Health & Safety, and environmental issues.
- Set objectives, conduct appraisals, and identify training needs for operational staff.
- Monitor and manage staff absence and lateness.
- Oversee budget and contract spend on uniform, stationery, and other supplies, maintaining effective cost control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 36 months of management experience gained within the last 3 years at Team Manager or equivalent level, managing a team of supervisors or equivalent grade or above.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, training, and recruiting.
- Experience in monitoring KPIs and preparing reports.
- Experience in dealing with disciplinary issues, with a good understanding of policy and procedure.
