Job Title: Head of Technical

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to assume the role of Head of Technical at NASC. This leadership position will play a vital role in leading and coordinating the technical and safety functions within NASC's membership, with a strong focus on digitisation of technical content. Your expertise will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of industry standards, knowledge sharing, and the continuous development of our members and their staff.

As the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and line management to the Technical and Safety departments.
  • Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical and safety standards, guidelines, and best practices for the access and scaffolding industry.
  • Collaborating with industry stakeholders, government bodies, and regulatory agencies to influence policy decisions and advocate for industry-wide improvements.
  • Leading the creation of content and supporting the delivery of content programs, seminars, and workshops to enhance the technical skills and safety awareness of NASC members.
  • Driving the research and development of innovative solutions through technologies in the access and scaffolding sector.
