About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: up to £16.50 per hour, with double-time on Bank Holidays.
  • Travel and wait time compensation: £13.50 per hour, plus mileage.
  • Flexible scheduling: work mornings, evenings, weekdays, or weekends to suit your lifestyle.
  • Minimum one-hour visits: you'll always be paid for the full hour.

Requirements
