About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and drinks, promoting healthy eating habits and hydration
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless care delivery

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential, as we provide comprehensive training)
