Key Responsibilities:- Support children with SEN needs on a 1:1 or group basis
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of each child
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Provide emotional support and care to children with complex needs
- Experience working with children with SEN needs
- Training or experience in Team Teach, Moving and Handling, PECS or Makaton
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and other support staff
- Commitment to work 5 days a week
A competitive daily rate of at least GBP100, with opportunities for progression and professional development.
