Job Title: B2B Internal Sales Executive

Job Summary:

GCS Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
  • Proactively seek out new business leads and opportunities, utilizing industry knowledge and market research to identify potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within the construction sector, with a strong understanding of the industry and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
