Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will be responsible for coordinating employment initiatives and working closely with our partners to achieve successful outcomes. Your primary goal will be to support individuals in accessing treatment for mental health support and regaining employment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

You will work closely with our partners, including the Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust, to coordinate employment initiatives. Your tasks will include analyzing data, developing employment programs, and providing support to individuals with mental health conditions. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with our stakeholders and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an estimated salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for career progression.
