Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services in South/West Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting vulnerable young people, promoting their welfare and development. A full training program is provided to gain an Apprenticeship Level 4 diploma.

This role involves establishing trusting relationships with young people, encouraging their interests, and participating in activities that make a positive difference in their lives.

As part of our nurturing community, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.

The salary for this position is £11.93-£12.20 per hour, plus £45 per sleep-in, depending on qualifications.

This role requires flexibility, including some weekend and bank holiday cover, and participation in a sleep-in rota.
