Job Title: Medical Affairs Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Affairs Director to lead our respiratory medicine team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical affairs and a deep understanding of the ABPI code of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the respiratory medicine team and develop relationships with external stakeholders and patient organizations.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs, commercial, and market access teams to ensure adherence to ABPI compliance and internal policies.
  • Attend national and international scientific meetings and congresses to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in respiratory medicine.
  • Develop and implement medical strategy plans to support the tactical implementation of our medical strategy.
  • Line manage a Medical Manager and 2 Medical Advisors.

Requirements:

  • Experience in medical affairs with a strong background in respiratory medicine.
  • Deep understanding of the ABPI code of practice.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
