About the Role

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all content marketing initiatives across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform content decisions and optimize performance.
  • Manage and maintain our brand's online presence, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our content strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Content Marketing role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of web publishing and content management systems.
  • Experience with Hubspot and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
