About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Office Management and Finance Lead to join our team at Hayward Hawk. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including accounting, human resources, and general administration functions.

You will work closely with our leadership team to prepare financial reports, manage staff holiday and absence records, and implement company policies. Additionally, you will develop strong relationships with other departmental heads and support the growth and development of our business.

The ideal candidate will have QBE/Part/Fully Qualified Accountant or equivalent qualifications, strong IT skills, and experience using accounting systems. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Prepare financial reports for NI businesses
  • Manage staff holiday and absence records
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Develop strong relationships with other departmental heads

Requirements:
