Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing care and support to customers, promoting their dignity and well-being in a safe and appropriate environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the scheme manager and support team to deliver a range of personalized support and move-on plans.
  • Support customers with day-to-day tasks, tenancy-related matters, and accessing external support services.
  • Empower customers to take control of their lives, develop life skills, and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a housing management service, including income collection and providing customers with tenancy-related support.
  • Work with customers to maintain a safe environment, reporting any repairs or health and safety concerns.
  • Resolve difficult situations in a sensitive and informed way, balancing the needs of the individual with the safety of the service.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate positively with others, and organize tasks effectively.
  • Basic administrative and IT skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer and business needs.
