We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Therapist to join our mental health team at HMP Humber. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health support to individuals within the prison population.
Your primary focus will be on providing low-intensity interventions, including CBT and guided self-help, to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and develop strong relationships with clients to facilitate their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide low-intensity interventions, including CBT and guided self-help, to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Job Specifications
- Post-qualification experience in offering and delivering low-intensity interventions at Step 2.
- Evidence of working within a stepped care service with people who have experienced a mental health problem.
- Demonstrates an understanding use of evidence-based psychological therapies.
