About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory, a leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, dressings, and gifts. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and helping our customers celebrate their life moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, upselling on till products to meet sales targets.
  • Price and merchandise stock and products correctly, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to unload and unpack deliveries, ensuring that the store is always fully stocked.
  • Assist with stock takes, which may involve working outside of normal store hours.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a positive attitude, and is able to work well under pressure. Retail experience is not necessary, but you must be able to multitask, be flexible, and have a strong work ethic.
