Dedicated Care Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team of Healthcare Assistants. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes supporting residents with personal care needs, aiding their emotional well-being and social needs, and assisting with daily activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate care plans and communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ months recent experience in a similar care role within a residential care home for the elderly
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Friendly, caring, empathetic, and happy personality
- Willingness to work alternate weekends and day/night shifts on a rota basis
Salary: £13.00ph - £15.20ph
