Job Title: Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team based in Manchester. As a key member of the Learning and Development department, you will support the administration of training programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain course information in Oracle Learn, including waiting lists, feedback, and attendance tracking.
  • Communicate proactively with staff and management about upcoming course requirements, ensuring timely refresher training.
  • Collaborate with Health and Safety and compliance teams to ensure accurate records and updates.
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support, meeting quality control targets and service level agreements.
  • BUILD strong working relationships within the team and across the business to provide excellent support and drive performance.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in HR Learn Systems administration.
  • High-volume administration experience, preferably in a People Shared Service Centre.
  • Competent with IT and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + comprehensive benefits package.
