Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Advisor in providing financial planning and reporting services to the clinical divisions.
  • Manage a small team of staff to ensure priorities are delivered to expected standards and timescales.
  • Develop and maintain systems to monitor and update financial plans and advise on corrective actions.
  • Provide information on a monthly basis to contribute to corporate financial reports.
  • Support the Business Advisor in undertaking robust financial evaluation of proposed service changes and developments.
  • Assist in the development and production of business cases and tender responses.
  • Manage a small team of staff, ensuring regular appraisal and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 O Levels, GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English).
  • CCAB qualifications or CIMA.
  • Committed to Continuing Professional Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team of staff.
  • Ability to see the wider issues associated with a particular situation.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision within agreed objectives.
