Commercial Gas and Oil Specialist

Salary: Up to £39,000
CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance, handling reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, and participating in a call-out rota to provide out-of-hours cover.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of building systems.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete associated paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work safely and diligently, adhering to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Undertake additional duties as required, utilizing your skills and expertise to support the team.
- Commercial Gas ACS qualifications, including COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, and TPCP1A. TPCP1 and BMP1 would be an advantage.
- Experience working within a mobile service delivery contract.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), service targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Strong customer care focus and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to anticipate and diagnose faults.
- Capable of completing essential paperwork accurately and on time.
- Full UK Driver's licence.
- Enhanced DBS Check required.
- Salary up to £39,000
