Shift Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled Shift Production Technician to join our team at a leading global manufacturing business in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our blow moulding machines, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting minor faults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting, running, and maintaining blow moulding machines
  • Ensuring efficient machinery operation
  • Repairing minor machine faults
  • Supporting machine calibration
  • Escalating electrical or major maintenance repairs to the Engineering team
  • Maintaining production area upkeep
  • Adhering to health and safety standards
  • Meeting production KPIs
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with basic machine maintenance
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with plastic extrusion or moulding (desirable)
