Job Overview:
The role of Sales Development Manager involves achieving new homes sales targets, maximising revenues, and contributing to the company's growth. Key responsibilities include:
Effective communication with existing and prospective purchasers.
Following up leads and monitoring market trends.
Maintenance and presentation of marketing materials and show homes.
Quality control of on and off-site signage.
Development of relationships with local estate agents.
Implementation of Company Purchasing Assistance Incentives.
Proactive identification of sales opportunities.
Upselling of purchaser extras.
Coordination of home tours and legal completions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
