About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, to a high standard.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and to provide excellent customer service.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines, and report any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Stock Management: Regularly perform stock checks and place new orders as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Requirements
  • Food Safety Level 2: Hold a valid Food Safety Level 2 certification, or be willing to achieve it on appointment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
