Senior Product Manager - Regulatory Strategy

Are you an experienced product manager looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for regulatory strategy and product development?

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at PDR Solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for products that covers both current and future regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for products that covers both current and future regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, partner and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Produce detailed requirements for the Transformation programme relating to product regulatory activities and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure good outcomes for the business and its customers.
  • Participate in and support the Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in regulatory strategy and product development.
  • Strong understanding of financial crime and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
