We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Senior or Assistant Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a range of clients, including BACs payment processing and direct client contact.
- Resolve payroll queries and manage deadlines to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Assist and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored payroll solutions.
- Proven experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Office and payroll software.
