Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at The Cedar Foundation. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all care and support plans are developed and implemented in accordance with the Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and the DHSS&PS Domiciliary Care Agency Minimum-Standards.
  • Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care and support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs.
  • Support the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of quality care and support services.
  • Mentor and supervise the Support Team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Support with the management of budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care and support services.

Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is equivalent.
  • Two years' previous experience in a social care setting providing support and care.
  • Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities.
  • High level of competency in IT to include Microsoft Office package.
