Job Title: Digital and Social Media Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Social Media Lead to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital and social media strategies to engage with our audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Manage and maintain our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our social media strategy, including content creation, engagement, and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to inform future marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and web development
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
