Job Title: Digital and Social Media Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Social Media Lead to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital and social media strategies to engage with our audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital and social media strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
  • Monitor and analyze digital metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and web development
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
