We are a leading recruitment agency, Sullivan Brown Resourcing Partners, offering HR recruitment expertise. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR Generalist to join our growing client in Deeside.

This role presents a unique chance for an ambitious individual to develop their skills in human resources advisory and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will support the organisation's 350 employees, overseeing employee relations, guiding line managers, managing the employee lifecycle, participating in training workshops, and embedding company values.

This is an integral position within the Human Resources Department, playing a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee relations and implementing effective resolutions
  • Supporting line managers in resolving workplace issues
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000, a hybrid working arrangement (4 days office/1 day home), and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
