Revenue Maximisation Specialist

Rocasa Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Maximisation Specialist to join our Resident Services team.
About the RoleThis 12-month fixed-term contract role will focus on maximising rental income for our customers by managing arrears, communicating with customers over the phone and email, negotiating payment agreements, and prioritising tenancy sustainment. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our financial wellbeing team to support tenancy sustainment and provide expert advice on Welfare, Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, and CAB.
The successful candidate will possess up-to-date knowledge and understanding of arrears recovery, welfare benefits, and court procedures. They will also be knowledgeable about tenancy issues and housing law, with excellent communication skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
We are looking for someone who can stay updated on legislative and regulatory requirements for rental income, liaise with managing agents and local authorities, and represent arrears possession cases in court. The ideal candidate will hold a full valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle suitable for business purposes.
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, plus an annual 10% bonus.
