Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of our service users and will be able to provide guidance and support to their team to ensure that they are able to maximise their choices, rights, and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they are able to maximise the choices, rights, and decisions of service users.
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure that the needs of service users are met.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure that they are implemented effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
