Electrical Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team at Clements Young. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for electrical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess electrical services requirements
  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates for electrical services, including labor and material costs
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates meet project requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • HNC in Building Services or APM qualification (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with estimation software platforms like Cypher SEC and Trimble Contracts Master
