Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Neighbourhood Assistant to join our team at Berneslai Homes. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and working closely with our residents to address their needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of life in our neighbourhoods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, community groups, and local organizations to promote Berneslai Homes' values and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community initiatives and projects that benefit residents and the wider community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide effective and efficient support to residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £24,790 to £25,183.
  • A full-time permanent contract, working 37 hours per week.
