As a Positive Behaviour Scheme Manager for Alina Disability Support, you will be responsible for developing and growing a high-quality support service for adults and young people with complex care needs in the Poole and Bournemouth areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships – forming strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and other professionals.
  • Leading by example – ensuring that your services are well organised, following internal and relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety at all times.
  • Promoting our high quality standards – we have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
  • Proactive – continuously seeking ways to improve your services to achieve Care Quality Commission (CQC) Good or Outstanding ratings.

Requirements:

  • The learning disability or supported living care sector at a similar level.
  • Health and social care, with a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ.
  • Driving licence with use of own vehicle and business insurance.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • CQC regulations and how to translate these into working practice.

All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references, and an enhanced DBS check. You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
