Your Role

As a dedicated consultant, you will be the face of The Body Shop, offering expert advice to our customers and inspiring them to try our wide range of natural, vegetarian, and vegan products. You will be responsible for learning and understanding our products, as well as our customers' needs, to provide personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand our products, including our Community Trade programmes, which source ingredients ethically and support communities in need.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend products that will make them feel good.
  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through exceptional customer service.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge, and support your team in their development.
  • Enjoy a 50% discount on regular products and 30% discount on gifts, as well as opportunities to grow within the brand.
