Office Operations Manager

**Job Description**
We are a leading sales and apprenticeship training company based in Warrington, Cheshire, and we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our contracting business, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the front of house, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support, including data input, appointment making, and note taking for meetings.
- Managing the Wilmslow reception, greeting staff, clients, and delegates, and ensuring they follow the sign-in process and health and safety protocols.
- Supporting the facilities manager with office maintenance requirements, such as fire alarm testing and pat testing.
- Booking and recording candidate holidays and absences.
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary:** £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
