Synertiq Ltd seeks an experienced Client Manager to join our team based in Winsford. Reporting to the Head of Client Relationships, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships that drive profit and growth for our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
