About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our team in Carmarthenshire. As a Support Worker, you will work full-time, 39 hours per week, across day shifts, earning £12.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual beliefs of the people we support in an inclusive way.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and elements of personal care.
  • Complete a range of records and documents.
