Key Responsibilities- Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual beliefs of the people we support in an inclusive way.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and elements of personal care.
- Complete a range of records and documents.
- Refer-a-friend scheme: Receive £400 for each successful referral.
