About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Business Director to join our team at Assembly Global. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for directing a team of specialists to deliver best-in-class performance for our clients. You will be a specialist in full funnel Paid Social with deep platform knowledge across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and more for both Brand and Performance activity.

As a Paid Social Business Director, you will be responsible for enforcing the highest standards of activation, providing positive and constructive feedback to your team, and ensuring that service level agreements are met. You will also be responsible for governing systems and technology to identify issues and provide solutions to fix things before they become a problem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialists to deliver best-in-class performance for clients
  • Enforce the highest standards of activation
  • Provide positive and constructive feedback to team members
  • Ensure service level agreements are met
  • Govern systems and technology to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Train team members to find insights that can help fuel growth for clients
  • Support with department resource planning and recruitment
  • Be an active senior leader of the social community
  • Collaborate with other departments in the agency to deliver on projects for clients
Requirements
  • Work to the highest standard and always on time
  • Be a self-starter with a passion for paid social and marketing
  • Have a leader for Paid Social knowledge and evidence of own thought leadership
  • Be operationally proficient with project management skills
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Have evidence of working with large multi-market clients, budget, and strategy for Paid Social
  • Have strong knowledge of both Brand Performance led Paid Social planning and Campaign Activation
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Have experience managing resourcing on a large account and outlining effective roles and responsibilities for each level within the team
  • Have experience in line management and setting development plans for direct reports
  • Have expert knowledge of Paid Social platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
