Paid Social Business Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Business Director to lead our paid social activation team and drive client management. This is a pivotal role within our agency, and your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the international hub transition and manage a team of 13+ paid social specialists.
- Work with clients to improve the paid service and its alignment with their core business.
- Develop strategic media and measurement plans supported by media platforms based on client objectives.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for growth across paid channels.
- Direct and indirect team management, account leadership, and resource management.
- Ensure the team is prepared for client meetings and calls with new insights and recommendations.
- 5-10 years of paid social experience, expertise in Paid Social, and a background working on automotive clients.
- Proven track record of success with social media.
- Ability to manage and meet client objectives and deadlines.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- An optimisation attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
