About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly residents to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with restricted mobility to move around the care home and participate in social activities
  • Encourage residents to participate in physical and mental stimulation activities, such as exercise classes and arts and crafts
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their dignity, respect, and independence
