About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with our team to ensure the safety, well-being, and individual needs of all children are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a range of activities that stimulate children's learning and development
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, hygienic, and conducive to children's growth and development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the team to promote diversity and inclusion
- Adhere to and promote nursery policies and procedures
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team-oriented work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively
- Profound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
